National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — No Discount on toll tax during return journey

I travelled in my car PB35AC6364 from Pathankot to Mukerian on 25 Dec 2021. I was charged Rs.105.0 during onward journey at 2.25 pm at Harsa Mansa toll plaza throgh fast tag. During return journey at 3.05 pm on the same day, I was again charged Rs
105.0 at same toll plaza throgh my fast tag
I was not given any discount which was due to me. Request get refund of discount due to me and take suitabe action against defaulters to avoid such lapses in future too. I have attached screen shot of transaction slips for your ready reference
