National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — No Fastag at Jewar toll plaza, Yamuna Expressway

Since the Government of India and NHAI has made it mandatory to have Fast tag in the vehicles but at Jewar toll plaza, Yamuna Expressway is still collecting manually with cash and after asking about the fast tag provisions they said there is no such facility there. Also i want to know untill what date the toll charges would be charged at Jewar toll plaza.
