National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — no street lights working

1) no street lights working on nh48 or on service road adjacent to nh48. Even bigger lights installed does not work. We have tried reporting this issue many times to different department however no action till now.
2) no speed breaker on service road adjacent to nh48 in front of shagun society. High speed vehicles ply on service road on both direction. They don't slow down in front of shagun society.

I am a serving defence personnel, I was travelling from bikaner to sikar, at lakhasar toll plaza even after producing identity card, the person forced to pay the toll tax. As per 1901 act armed forces personnel are exempted from toll taxes. Please look in to the case.

I am Mukesh Kumar, (Ex-servicemen).Presently toll tax has been exempted from ex-servicemen for use of personal vehicle. But during travel by my own car GJ 18 AH 2747 on 17.4.2019 and 21.04.2019 toll tax charged from. Needful action may be initiated on this regard.

Its a complaint about milk majra plaza nh-73 .When a person pay for return journey slip and come to toll for again journey within 24 hrs with same vehicle, why he was not allowed on this slip. When it is issued for next 24 hours.. Tha toll employees say your slip complete with two journey (up and down). No body given satisfactory reply.
