The following pieces of land were acquired by NHAI for widening of NH60A(NH314) a few years back. The notice for acquiring the same were issued by Purulia Zilla parishad on 20/09/2016. The highway has been widened a few years back but am still at dark regarding the compensation. The details of the land are as under:
1. District- Purulia, Block-Hura, Mouza-Parasia (No. 116)
2. Name of land looser- Kankaram Soren
3. Category- Scheduled Tribe
4. Plot numbers: 6205 (0.0031 acres valued at Rs.19, 767.34) and 6361 (0.0326 acres valued at Rs. 2, 57, 875.86)
Kindly furnish me the following information under the RTI Act:
a) the date when the land was officially acquired
b) the total amount payable as compensation, plot-wise with details like penalty or interest due to delay, if any
c) the time limit for payment of compensation after acquisition as per extant NHAI rules/guidelines
d) the stage at which my case is stuck
e) the office responsible for delay, if any
f) the expected timeline by which I can expect the amount to be paid
