National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Non working of fastag lane

Address:Faridabad, Haryana, 110068

It had been almost a month since we have bought a fast tag but not even single we have been able to use it .
Every day the people at toll both have closed the lane and when asked about it they would say it is under work .
It had been a pathetic experience.
I travel daily from Delhi to faridabad and cross badarpur toll .
I have to wait in queue inspite of having a fast tag and toll card.

Dear Sir,
I had traveled by my own car from Guwahati to Jorhat today and found that the National Highway 37 is not at all worthy of travelling by car/any kind of vehicle from Numaligarh to Jorhat Town having PIN 785001. In fact it is dengenrous to life of people in the vehicle. Is it that NHAI is planning to reduced the population of North Eartern India, so that there would be no more insurgency in this reagion? How can the Government Department be so blind to the safety of it’s people while claiming to be working for the citizens. If the Government didn’t have money to repair the same, please notify that the way in which anyone is travelling may be dangerous to their life like the the travel advisories issued by USA to its citizens against travelling to Sri Lanka. If India is boasting that she is on the course of becoming one of the biggest economies of the world, just compare with Hong Kong etc to find out your claim. We are 100 years behind with them.
NHAI Authority should be held fully responsible for any short of mishap to life and property of any person travelling by car/ vehicle in the stretch from Numaligarh and beyond in NH 37, which in under conversation to 4 lane. This is the life line of people of Assam and beyond of the North East India, which is in such pathetic conditions that who ever is responsible for it should be behind bar and given no salary etc.
Thanks and regards,
A citizen of the region, who had traveled today.
