National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Not allowing the vehicle to pass through even though there is fastag balance

Respected sir, my vehicle AP39TX1991
Has been at jodidharmapuram tollplaza- Andhrapradesh on 22 dec 2021 at 6:00 am in the morning but the working staff at the toll plaza said they required some time to allow the vehicle to pass through we waited nearly 45 min bit still they didn't allow saying fast tag not working .same vehicle before has passed through 5 toll plazas with the same tag with no issues.At this toll plaza they had stopped and not allowing vehicle to pass.
