National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Not allowing to go exempted vehicle in Nawabganj , Lucknow

Sir, As I am serving in INDIAN ARMY as per the govt rules my car comes in an exempted vehicle but Nawabganj, lucknow toll plaza make us to pay cash and said that there is no rule for you to go without cash . And its the only one toll plaza who said that every toll plaza leave us due to the I'd card of army personal exempted vehicle . Sir please take an action as soon as possible .
