National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — not clearing cars quickly and allowing some person without paying toll tax

A local person refuse to pay tax, and there was a huge traffic jam for 25 mins, authority did not talk any action against it.
While at last authority at last allowed that person without paying tall tax
He was in bolaro pickup.

So its a request to you to take some strick action for toll tax for locals also so that other people do not get disturb due to them.
