This is with reference to toll gateway at Hisar Haryana where there is not enough toll pass available for non tag vehicles and staff behaviour is rude.kindly guide if there is any rule if customer cross through the fast-tag line that the toll tax will be at double rate ie toll tax for one way is Rs 75 they take rs 150 .
Kindly look at the matter they are looting the public

There must be at least enough toll gates without fast-tag and today there was patient with us even that staff shows to move out in non fast tag line.Kindly take action against my complain guide me about the toll tax rate if customer move in fast tag line of vehicle does not has fast tag
