National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Obruction to entire into my property

In front of Medicity hospital and KIA motor car show room ,palathara at KOLLAM Bypass road

An oversize pit taken for drainage duet remains unfilled after duet construction formed a water filled pond, causing obruction to entire in my property from the last three month.Two families one doctor and an engineer are residing there, having 4 children below the age of 6 years.Vehicles remain kept at the road side.The issue can be solved by simply dumping one or two load of filling earth.Solicited your early attention.
