National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Over Charged for Vehicle toll at Tamilnadu

The Omalur (Tamilnadu) national highway toll person charged LCV category toll (135 Rs) for our light vehicle Traveller 10 seater Force ( less than 7000kg) vehicle .
This is so frustrating action from national higway authority, we would like to take action and need refund along with compensation.
