On 06/11/2022, I had pay double charges of Toll tax at the said Toll plaza. Rs.85 was deducted from fastag (issued by Paytm). TxnId - 01000B[protected]. However, the barrier did not open. SMS of deduction was also not recieved in time. The operator manning the gate did not heed to my request and refused to open the gate. He insisted on making payment in CASH.
Having no option, I paid Rs.170 in cash. Details of payment are -

The said operator promised to return extra amount charged from me, if fastag deduction happens. On recieving SMS confirmation after sometime, I approached the said operator for refund. However, he very indifferently refused to listen and expressed his inability to do anything to resolve the issue.
Thus, I had to pay 3 times of the actual toll tax. And, there is absolutely no resolution to any grievance or difficulties being faced by the commuter.
Request you to resolve my issue and refund my money at the earliest.
