National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — overeating at toll over 8 minutes

As per superme court decision, if any individual wait for more than 3 minutes then he will not liable to pay toll, but something happened at shahpura toll on jaipur delhi highway we wait for more then 8 minutes but still he charged toll from us.
