I have travelled to Gujarat, on the way I crossed Pithadiya toll plaza.
I paid in cash for toll as the scanner for fastag was not scanning properly, and in night I also received message from Fastag regarding deduction of toll amount.
I already logged a complaint with Toll-free no. 1033 bearing complaint no. 3203193 dated 29th Jan 2021.
Even after multiple follow ups now the toll no. Itself is not accessible.
I sent mail twice regarding this issue but still awaiting reply.
