National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — panchkula toll plaza denied return journey ticket as fastag not enabled

The staff at toll plaza denied return journey ticket (₹135) even after mentioning that we need to return same day abd charged (₹90) for single side... Giving reason that it's done for fasttag only.. We are already charged extra for cash toll. And why is should i be charged ₹180 for a toll of ₹135.
Kindly provide input as i would return in next 3 hrs

On the return journey when we asked the authorities for clarification for not giving us round trip when the info board clearly mentioned the rate..to that they said it for fast tag only but neither the tag price nor the board said it anywhere...they were rude and didn't bother to clarify anything..bus payment kardo...i had to pay ₹180 for a trip that should be charged ₹135 and with no reason at all.

I would wish to have justice granted
