National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Panic service AT Toll Plaza(specially at Pundag, RANCHI, JH.)

As per SMS received in my mobile, "You have paid Rs 50.00 against Transaction ID [protected] for Toll Charges at Pundag (JH01DV1621) on 05-Jan-2021 03:00:49 PM. Your new tag balance is Rs.45.00 - IHMCL.
While I reached at Pundag Toll Plaza, Ranchi - more than 24 minutes(2:36pm - 2:59pm) delayed. By asking for this matter, the toll collector refused to co-operate and deducted the charges. there is no any demarcation, indication for proper Fasttag lane before reaching the toll.
As per Guidelines -" The reply to the RTI from NHAI reads, "There is total waiting time of 3 minutes. If the 3 minutes exceeds in waiting, than there is a provision to pass the vehicle free of cost." The reply further says that "2 minutes and 50 seconds are required for a vehicle to wait for its turn in the queue".

Do the needful at your end for toll tax deduction from my fasttag.A/c & provide/allocate proper display at toll plaza.
