National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Paranur Toll Plaza

Toll road from Paranur to Tambaram is very poor for the last 2 years and it has not been rectified till now. And also they are collecting 60 rupees for local vehicles. Someone please guide us how to escalate this issue with higher level.
