I have requested on 06.07.2022 at about 09:00 PM to Mr. Deepak Udhadya (Toll Plaza Incharge, as told by himself) to provide me CCTV footage of 30.06.2022 at about 10.11.26 AM when my vehicle (HR 59/7117) crossed the lane No. 05 of Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza located at Patiala Rajpura National Highway. In the beginning I narrated the history of incident that on that day my vehicle got Hydrostatic damaged at Mohali in Sector 79 due to heavy rain fall and I am ready to give in writing and follow the procedure to get the CCTV footage as it has to be submitted to Insurance Company for claim of Insurance. After understanding the total incident, He told that we will provide and a directed a gentelmen in the same toll plaza to look after this (I don't know the name of that gentleman). This gentleman and I worked for about one hour and able to trace our vehicle. Then this gentleman told me to get the pendrive so that CCTV footage could be transferred in the pendrive, as at that time I was not having pendrive so I brought my external hard disk from my another vehicle which was parked below toll plaza. Thereafter Mr. Anil Kumar Patel (IT Head as told by him to me) has been called at about 10.15 PM, he came and bluntly denied to give CCTV footage without FIR. I again narrated the case history to him and requested him that my family is waiting in my another vehicle HR 59/C - 7771 from last one and half hour and now you are denying to provide CCTV footage, this is not fair with us, you could have told in the beginning that we can't provide CCTV footage without FIR. Further no injury is involved in hydrostatic damage and even I showed him the pics of my damaged vehicle and also provided him mobile number of surveyor so that he could confirm it. But he told I will not give you CCTV footage without FIR and after about one and half hour Mr. Deepak Upadhayay now started saying the same and denied to provide CCTV footage without FIR. Sir my few questions are about this total Physical and Mental harrasment occurred to me and my family, which was waiting in my vehicle below the office of Toll Plaza for about one and half hour - 1) If FIR copy is required why Mr. Deepak Upadhayay didn't told me in the beginning when at about 09:00 PM I approached him and was ready to follow the procedure to get CCTV footage. 2) Is copy of FIR required to get CCTV footage to Toll Plaza of our own vehicle, if yes, what is the procedure that I shall adopt to get the CCTV footage as no FIR is registered about the incident of my vehicle. 3) Who is responsible for mental and physical harrasment happened to me and my entire family that waited for about one and half hour at Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza from 9:00 PM to about 10:30 PM on 06.07.2022 in my another vehicle HR59/C - 7771. 04) When I told to Mr. Deepak Upadhyay and Mr. Anil Kumar Patel that I will make your compliment to higher authority, both of them told you make to whom you want to make our complaint, we are on Govt. Job no body can take any action against us. Sir, as a citizen of this country I humbly request you kindly take appropriate disciplinary action against both of them so that In future no person shall be harrassed by behaviour of such irresponsible person in any Toll Plaza. Further Sir, kindly provide me the procedure to get CCTV footage of my vehicle crossing from Dhareri Jattan Toll Plaza on 30.06.2022 at about 10.11.26 AM (HR 59/7117) so that it could be submitted to insurance company for insurance claim.
