National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — poor road between ahmedabad to baroda national highway

Road condition between ahmedabad to baroda national highway is very poor at one side lane.
Toll tax was charged fully but service of same is totally dissatisfied.
All vehicles travelling from ahmedabad to baroda runs on only one lane, so traffic is also there. Then what is the meaning of national highway.
So, please look into that & resolve it.
