The service is very poor. Roads are not good. Should improve. Rest rooms are not available for males or females No food available if hungry where to go Vehicles trouble newly married couples. To whoever it may concern,

This toll is being going around for a while now with no official present there.
It seems that it is a fake toll and someone needs to check its authentication.
When we ask the people charging toll they se it will go for lifetime.
Kindly check it as soon as possible.

At sardewadi toll plaza, on 13th oct 2019 on 10.07am. In Lane no. 10, misguide me about fast tag system. She said fast tag system is not activate for this lane and charge me toll in cash ( Ticket no. [protected]) and also toll deducted by fast tag (MALA851CLJM943306) for the same toll plaza.
Deducted amount = 75 + 75 = 150
