National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — poor service regarding traffic

Hello sir,
I am reaching out to you to raise a complaint regarding poor maintenance of toll gate system between cites vijayawada east godavari and eluru west godavari, andhra pradesh. There is no place for ambulance to escape the toll gates and fast tag highly dissappointing in this way.in general the journey on highway must be traffic less. But it's quite opposite.
