This complaint is regarding Gadpuri Toll plaza which is in between Fridabad, HR and Palwal, HR.
It is being agreed that we will be issued a monthly pass of 200/- rupees, which got issued one time -
However it's monthly recharging process is extremely painful - as it seems till plaza doesn't have enough interest in renewing it so same passengers can be charged 165 rs for one day round trip.
1. No monthly auto renewal process 2. No online process for renewing monthly pass. 3. No notification for renewal of pass. 4. Single window with long awaited queue for recharge. 5. It doesn't accept digital money, as demands the payment in cash. 6. Last but not least - extremely limited timing for renewing monthly pass instead providing 24*7.
I crossed toll at 07 am in morning hours and window was not opened; in evening I returned from work around 10 pm and again renewing the monthly pass was again denied because of non operational hours period
I usually have this morning and evening timing and seriously being forced to pay 165/- for each round trip
