National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Regarding 4 time toll tax deduction

Dear Sir
My vehicle number is PB03AG-4767. Today on 30/06/2022 Balluana Toll Plaza, Bathinda Malout, Section of NH-07 and Toll Workers took Rs.110 cash and gave me Receipt No 00013 TIME 10:39:56.

Then at the same time there was a text message show of Rs 55 10:39:35 being deducted from my FAST TAG.
Toll workers on non-deduction of toll tax through FAST TAG even on return took Rs.110 cash and gave it to me Receipt No 00069 TIME 14:34; 33.
But then at the same time there was another message show of Rs 25 (14:36:58.) being deducted from my FAST TAG .This means I was deducted 4 times for 2 entries. 2 times cash and 2 times via fast tag.

So please refund my 110 + 110 = 220 in my fast and fix the fastag system of the toll plaza to prevent blind robbery.
