National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — regarding bad road from sampla to rohtak nh-9 (toll road)

Dear sir, nh 9 toll road is not looking like toll road. There are many patches from sampla to rohtak (Specially complaining kheri by pass)

Near toll plaza, rohad (Nh9) no proper passage given for two wheeler on both side of toll plaza. One side to delhi road is not clear for a two wheeler, where as to rohtak, no road available. Only footpath for use arranged for two wheeler.
