National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Regarding deduction of toll twice in same time same journey by cash 180 rupees and wallet deduction 140 rupees

Started journey from greater noida after crossing jakhauli toll tax t-1 booth (km5.500) booth operater 14 & b 1402 demands on 26/07/2021 time 15:17 hours 180 ruppes even after i told her that i have fast tag and having balance. She answered no sir you have to pay in cash and charged 180 rupees in spite of 140 rupees. This type of behavior is not good by nhai with a custmer. Even after paying toll deduction twice and and producing different charge is very shameful. Kindly do the needful.
