National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Regarding doubling of charge fast tag and double cash charge taken

Dear Sir, i am travelling from Talaja to Bhavnagar on 11.0.7.21 evening. At Kabadi tall Plaza they ask me there is no recharge in your wallet i told them i have it but they argue and not ready to confirm this. and took double charge from me.

1. my Question is is it necessary to pay double charge if recharge is not done?
2. why they not believe me i have money in fast tag
3. Now what ? i have paid triple charge in fast tag and doubling of cash paid both receipt attached here with.

There is no value of Our Money and time? Always Public is defaulter and rudely behaviour is necessary?

Now for triple charge who is responsible? who is responsible for mental harassment?

I know u may return Rs 80 back but whether it is ok if i forget to pay fasttag. It cannot possible to cut my money when i recharge if i ask again if nay one can forget to recharge?
