Dear Sir/mam,
I have noticed many times in NH-709AD from meerut to shamli that median work of the contractor is very poor. Crash barrier installed at site without any concrete.
Please take necessary against this contractor or respective competent authority.

Nhai official was right, as per new guidlines it is correct to install without concrete, as other median width is 2m or less... New jersey crash barrier needs to be installed.
