National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — regarding taking toll fees even very very bad conditions of roads

This is regarding the very very bad conditions of roads from naroda to himmatnagar. Though you are collection toll fee to pass on this # roads.
Shame.
Starting from naroda to chiloda till himmatnagar there are no roads, only portholes.
Work is going on since 2 years. And still no chance of getting completed in 2 years. If you cant complete work in time there must not be any toll.
I am paying for riding on these roads which damage my back, my car and waste of time.

On the Date of 15.08.2019 time 10:54:02 AM Trans No. [protected] & 15.08.2019 18:52:27 Trans No. [protected] Section 157.850 to Km. 225.713 (Jhansi - Lalitpur NH-44) has taken two time return pass same date. Return Pass is valid up to 24 hours. Please looking to the matter and satisfied me. Receipt of toll tax enclosed
