National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Regarding toll charges without cross toll

Yesterday on date 08082022, I have been received a massage from fasttag company that 75 rupees deducted from my fasttag account inspite cross my car.
I was very surprised that how can it is possible because that time my car park in my house.
I request you to kindly solve this issue and refund my money as early as possible.
