National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — regarding toll exemption for ex servicemen

Respected sir,

My car is purchased from csd canteen itself.
We was travelling on pune-bangalore highway last couple of days.
On toll booth lane, while we are showing ex-servicemen card for exemption they are saying us that no toll exemption facility on nhai for ex-servicemen.
So our sincere request to you please guide us about rules and regulation on nhai toll plaza (Pune-bangalore highway) for ex-servicemen.
