I have the honour to inform you that last month on 14.06.22 and 15.06.22 Rs 260 and Rs 300 has been deducted from my IDFC fastag account at Raha and Nazirakhat Toll plaza respectively after deducting toll plaza fees of Rs. 110 and 130 on 10.06.22 and 13.06.22. After my complaint the excess amout had refunded. But to my surprise once again same problem of debit adjustment has been made on 26th July 2022 at Raha and Nazirakhat Toll plaza. On 26.07.22 at Nazirakhat Toll plaza Rs 300+300=600 and at Raha toll plaza Rs 260+260=520 has been debited from my fastag account. Why the same incident took place again and again. This time also debit adjustment message has not been received. It has come to my notice when a message of low balance of my fastag account received, then I checked my fastag account statement.
I, therefore, request you to look into the matter so that I will not face the same problem in near future and please try to detect the cause of deducting of debit adjustment again and again. Latest account statement has been attached herewith for your reference and action.
