National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Regarding wrong deduction of toll at Vashi toll Naka

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am herewith bringing to your kind notice that, I am the owner of Wagon R MH 43 AL 0665 and traveled to Vashi on 17th March 2021 and paid to-and-fro toll for my journey (Rs 40+40)) at Vashi toll via Asix bank Fast tag (wallet [protected]). But on 18th March 2021 at around 4.27PM there was a 40 Rs deduction from my fast tag account for the same Vashi toll Naka. In factI haven't traveled to Vashi on that day.

I had also complained to Axis bank fast tag customer care service, they replied that it is NPCI excess Transaction.

I am herewith attaching an account summary, for your information.

I am herewith requesting you to look into the matter and credit the amount back to my account.
