While travelling from jaipur to delhi, road is bumpy and suddenly the vehicle gets a shock which resulted in crack of wind screen which i had to get replaced and spend money despite paying tolls. Moreover flyovers are so badly needing repair that it is difficult to travel for a patient. My suffering from knee pain faced acute pain due to shocks and very uneven roads making journey bumpy.

Hi, I had passed through a toll plaza in Nellore district and the person refused to give me return or two way toll receipt. When I asked him for this reason, he replied it's only 1 way agreement.
May I know the reason for not giving two way toll fee bcoz it's a huge loss to the consumer.
