National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Road not completed but toll charges are charged full amount at Komalla toll plaza towards WARANGAL, Telangana

The road not completed but toll charges are charged full amount, there is no road at 2 places, just stones are there on road and one more place the bridge is not completed and almost 2 km using small service road, but they are collecting full charge, again within 2 months charges are increased. This is not fair and not at all fair.
