Dear sir,

We have faced rude behaviour of toll booth staff and booth staff asking for the toll fare even we have waited for more than 30 minutes in queue.
We have asked to pass our car without toll fee as we have waited more than 30 minutes in queue and it is very disappointing that the staff not behaved politely and forcefully collected the toll fee from us.
