National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Same charges collected within 24 Hrs return journey at Kelapur Toll plaza Maharashtra

I'm traveling to Chandrapur (MH) from Kelapur Toll plaza on 5 Oct for return journey within 24 Hrs collected 90.00 Rs charges each time, while other toll plaza collected 50% charges for return journey. I'm using only 20 km road from Kelapur to Chandrapur via Karanji for that 90.00 RS charges are too much and 20 km road is very bad in condition.
So please resolve the issue as early as possible for all our traveller in India.
