Dear friend,

It is been over three months that fast tag lane from both sides at badarpur toll plaza is not working.

I have raised the issue with people there many time but of no use. Rather workers at toll plaza misbehaves with commuters.

Even after having the fast tag we are being pushed to go through normal lanes and wait in cue. Most of the times they keep only one lane operational which in turn increased the waiting time.

It this technological era when our prime minister is promoting technology to ease off operations, nhai is not able to find solution to operate fast tag lanes.

There is no use of calling it fast tag if nhai can not provide the related services.

I hope you will understand the gravity of situation and try to resolve the issue asap.

I wish to draw your attention towards hardships faced by the commuters from

MUKARBA CHOWK DELHI TO PANIPAT TOLL HARYANA ON G T ROAD.

Despite paying heavy toll there is almost chaotic situation on this stretch as a

company named ESSEL INFRA is entrusted to widen the G T ROAD and make

flyovers on almost all intersections.the company has dug up roads at all flyover

points but now either no work or very slow work is going on at few sites.the

common people have to cope with so many diversions which are almost jammed

at most times. its really surprising that no one is taking care of this strategically

important road of our country.if you make a survey you will find how the

commuters being punished in form of jams and dangerous pits all along even

after paying toll. i hope my this letter will result in you taking up matter and ending

this problem.
