National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Shocking deduction

I got this message which shocked me:-
You Paid Rs.65 at Jaipur Plaza of RJ19*****6 on 15/03/21 21:56:38. Avl Bal Rs.324.63 Txn ID: FT2*************77
My car did not pass this toll plaza at mentioned time I am very much in my home and my car is parked in parking.
Please let me know how come this deduction happen n my car no also mentioned . This is quit serious issue please check and do required investigation and oblige.
