National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Slow Progress of Road and poor traffic diversion measures by Contractor on NH 53 Raipur Bhilai Section Work

I would like to highlight following irregularities by contractor on NH53 Raipur Bhilai work :
1. The progress of work is dead slow compare to NHAI standard. Mainly flyover work at Tatibandh, kumbhar, Charoda Bhilai 3 is going from last 1.5 years.
2. The diversion road are poorly maintained by the contractor and so safety measures at site. The site is full of dust and mud with very low visibility .
3. The traffic management is very poor at site and causing heavy traffic jams.
4. I think NHAI should review this and put a heavy penalty as per Agreement.
I request for a quick review and action.
