R/Sir, I am owner of Vehicle No. HR17A5803, and Govt. employee. I HAVE E-TOLL TAG ID NO. 34161FA820328EE8026BB2E0, AS MONTHLY PASS FOR THE TOLL CHOUDHARYWAS, (HISAR-- SIWANI ROUT), I AM PAY EVERY MONTH ON LAST DATE 31TH DAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM MY IDFC BANK ACCOUNT ID 242802.Mukesh also have available balance for next month pass. But Now from this April month there was no auto detection made by e-toll or IDFC bank why there was available balance for the next month i.e. 285/- or increased rate 315/-. Although direct payment cut by the e-toll on dated[protected],[protected],[protected] after clear my account today on 05.04.2022 toll employee misbehave with me and say to given 315/- rs. Case to this month pass. I have no case I have available balance on dated 31.03.2022 i.e. exceed than rs. 315/-, then why my pass not made by the company. there was available balance rs. 360 as exceed than 285/- or 315/-. It is totally en-legal and fraud with consumer. so pls. return my payment of three days and I will pay 315/- online through my above IDFC bank account as only made for e-toll tag instead of case payment and complained against toll manager of choudharywas as not able to take call to some person as such increasing rate or any banner regarding such type of awareness for the daily passenger.
