National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Taken more time in queue on Dhilwa toll plaza dated 12/01/2022

Dear Sir, my car no. is PB02DP6660 & it is Fastag enabled. I often use Dhilwan toll plaza, situated on national highway 1. There is a problem of overtime. Always they take more time to standard time. We think that what is advantages of Fastag. If there are not special Fastag lane. They are also talk rudely. Our demand is to systematic approach for the customers & no delay in time policy. Please do the needful and oblige
