National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Taken Rs.70.00 cash by saying Fast tag blocked although fast tag was active and Rs.70.00 also debited from fastag account.

Very sorry to inform you that Jhiriya Toll plaza staff taken Rs. 70.00 in cash by saying your fast tag is inactive but fast tag was active and my balance was Rs.645.00 and also for your kind information I wish to add that just Rs. 70.00 debited my fast tag account so they have collected twice. Please acknowledge my complain . I have debit message along with slip.
