There was some issue with the fastag pasted on my car. The fastag was active with 2000 amount within it. It is paytm fastag on chassis no. MZBEU812TLN121733. I can't get another fastag for my car because one is already registered on this number. I am stuck in this loop. That fastag was not readable at the toll plaza of Palwal EPE. They charged us double the amount (INR 450/-). But it was not my fault that my fastag is not readable despite being in active mode. I am so disappointed with this behaviour of the toll plaza employees and the person I talked on toll free number 1033. Why am I being paid for the issue that is no way my fault?
