As i m from mumbai & i m complaining about irb surat - dahisar tollway (Khaniwade toll)
As we are standing in toll upto 20min up as full traffic jam & dey still taking toll money from all & i have right to do complaint about dis & asked for complaint book, they refused to give me & i also did not pay the toll till i didin get complaint book
As the toll staff is out of language, no respect to people, bad language
As one of toll staff told to me that speak in marathi, why i should speak marathi as i m indian i will speak hindi as indian language
So please kindly check my complaint as i m having complaint receipt with me
