National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — They are denaing to give a return toll and taking double charges

Resently i am traveling to somnath (veraval) in last of that route there is a toll plaza at Dari village newr somnath, i asked for return toll but they denied saying in cash we can't give you return ticket and i have to pay double fair, for going in and coming out, please help to take action to these toll contractors.
