On[protected] at about 15:01:16 hours at Bhokarwadi-Maliwadi Toll Plaza (Maharashtra) (new NH 520 Section Yedeshi - Aurangabad), though I have sufficient balance in my Axis Bank FAstag, message has been displayed on toll plaza screen that my card is 'blacklisted'. and Toll Plaza employees have charged me double amount i.e. Rs.180 instead of Rs, 90/- and then allowed me to proceed further.
During the period at Toll Plaza out of 100 % vehicles near about 90 % vehicles Fastag portal cards have been shown as 'blacklisted'.
Therefore, I am lodging my grievance about this toll plaza and I have confidence that they are making fraud by cheating customers with the help of issuing authorities of Fastag. In short, they are making fraud by taking double amount by showing 'fastag is blacklisted'. During the Toll Plaza stay I have called so many times on customer cate 1033 number but they have not given any response. Hence, this complaint for refund of amount.
