I like to bring to your concern that i was being badly handled and threated by toll employee ( sashikant) at toll plaza airoli navi mumbai.
I have asked for extention of monthly pass issued in the month of april 2021 by seriel no 000151.
Once govt announced locked in mumbai in first week of april 2021.
Since i have not used toll due to lock down . As a consumer rigths i am eligible for extention .
You are requetse to take appropriate action .
