This is bring your kind notice to the behaviour and working module KM42 TOLL PLAZA (Gurgaon - Manesar Toll ) employees follows.
I am a commuter who travels daily through Manesar toll. On 06 November 2021 at 09:11 AM, I had lodged a complaint (complaint no-5) to the Toll PRO (Nam-Tek Chand) regarding the broken wind shield of my car due to toll barrier fallen off.

He investigated the matter and said that it was a mechanical fault of the toll barrier machine due to which the glass was broken. He assured me that I would get refund of wind shield in a week.
However, it has been more than a month and till now I have not received any refund.
I am constantly chasing him for payment over phone and went to toll plaza 7-8 times. But every day he comes up with a new excuse. Also, whenever I call him, he does not pick up the calls for the whole day. Would like to file an official complaint for him because it is really frustrating that a guy treats you like that!
I want to know whether this is how the taxpayer gets the service from NHAI? It is really disappointing for a common citizen to pursue what he deserves.
So I request you to kindly advise how can I get my refund from your officials, please take strict action against PRO (Tek Chand) as he has always been non supportive and rude.
