It is to bring to your kind notice that about the lights on national Highway there are many light pools on the national Highway but what's the use even not on from many day's and month's ... It's very bad to bring to your notice that many people and animals are dieing under the wheels of the vechicals.. in night time wherever darkness out side even we can't see what are coming on the road...
