National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll amount deducted but I didn't use that road

Hi,
Toll amout of 30 has been deducted from my FASTag but I don't use that . In the below mentioned date and time, k dint cross the Medavakkam toll but amount hit deducted. This happened last week also but that time also I don't even visited chennai.
